Who is responsible for your data
DEAL MY WEB OÜ, registry number 17224904, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia, is the data controller. For any privacy question: info@dealmyweb.com.
What we collect and why
- Enquiries: your name, email address and message, so we can reply (legitimate interest, or steps before a contract).
- Consultation bookings: your name, email, website, goals and budget, so we can deliver the session (contract). Sessions are recorded for you, and that recording is stored only as long as needed to provide it.
- Purchases: your name, email, billing and order details, so we can deliver your order and meet accounting obligations (contract and legal obligation). We never see your full card number.
- Website statistics: pages viewed and technical details such as your browser and IP address, so we can understand how the site is used (legitimate interest).
Cookies and analytics
We measure traffic with Matomo, on a server under our own control, configured not to set cookies on your device. The checkout and booking services we link to may use their own cookies, as described in their policies.
Who receives your data
We share data only with providers that help us run the business: Cloudflare (website hosting), OVH (statistics server), Stripe and Link (payments), Cal.com (bookings) and Google (email). Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area, in which case appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses apply. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Accounting records are kept for 7 years, as Estonian law requires. Enquiries and booking information are kept for up to 3 years after our last contact. Statistics are kept only as long as they remain useful.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a portable copy. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to us at the address above. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee) or your local authority.
