Terms of sale

Who we are

This website is operated by DEAL MY WEB OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia under number 17224904, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia. Contact: info@dealmyweb.com.

What these terms cover

These terms apply to purchases made through dealmyweb.com: downloadable courses and paid consultations. Agency services (SEO, advertising, web development and so on) are governed by a separate written agreement with each client.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where it applies. Payment is taken online by our payment partners when you order. If the checkout names a payment partner as the seller of a product, that partner is the seller for that purchase and its sales terms apply alongside these.

Downloadable courses

After payment you receive a download link by email. A course is licensed to you for your own personal or internal business use. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute its contents. Download links may expire, so please save your files.

Consultations

A consultation is a one-hour video session with Quentin Deby, booked and paid for online. To change your slot, contact us at least 24 hours before it starts. Advice is based on the information you provide, and the decisions you take remain yours.

Your right to withdraw

Consumers in the EU generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. How this applies to each product is explained in our refund policy.

Results

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic, sales or income.

Liability

If what we supply does not conform to the contract, you have the remedies provided by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any right you have as a consumer that cannot legally be waived.

Applicable law and disputes

Estonian law applies, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections of the country where they live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem. Consumers may also apply to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon). Otherwise, disputes are handled by the competent courts.
